I have always been exposed to the benefits of health and fitness from a young age due to my diagnosis of perthes disease. This motivated me to ensure I remained fit and healthy and lead to a highly successful karate career spanning 13 years. I started mobile personal training and boot camps 6 years ago and recently became a new mum. Becoming a mum gave me further awareness and a new perspective on the health and fitness industry and the need for more accessible exercise classes for women at different stages of their life. I am now pre and postnatal trained and teach classes specific in these areas. I have also trained several menopausal women and have enjoyed supporting them at that end of their journey too.

Never in a million years did I think I'd have the confidence to do an outdoor bootcamp but I'm so glad I did. Katie is fab and so encouraging throughout the class, the support she provides in between classes is a huge help to me on my fitness journey. The ladies are so supportive of each other. There was no judgement from anyone and we all push each other to do the best we can do.
Katie's prenatal fitness classes are wonderful - they are a great way of helping alleviate aches and pains and in particular back pain.

Katie tailors exercise to your stage of recovery with some exercises allowing interaction with your baby. The class is great for both mums and babies in a relaxed atmosphere.
